Our lawyers have extensive
employment law experience. At G&P, we genuinely believe that an ounce of prevention
can be worth a pound of cure. That is why we work with our corporate clients to
develop sound employment practices so that costly litigation can be avoided in the
first place. Having litigated and tried numerous employment law cases in state and
federal courts, however, our lawyers are well prepared to aggressively defend against
a suit should that be necessary.
The firm does take on a limited number of cases
for employees who have suffered workplace discrimination in violation of state and/or
federal law. Over the years, our lawyers have represented individuals who have been
discriminated against on the basis of their race and/or gender and have recovered
millions of dollars for these victims by way of trials and settlements.
