University of California. In the decision, the Court ruled that
a plaintiff bringing claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act is not required
to exhaust internal remedies under the doctrine of exhaustion of administrative

complete victory for a client at arbitration. (January 2008).

G&P obtained a key victory for the majority shareholders of Avantra Real Estate
Services, Inc. After an arbitrator ruled that the shareholders had agreed
to arbitrate, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled after extensive briefing
and evidentiary hearings that no such agreement existed. (November 2007)
