Shannon R. Wolf
Shannon R. Wolf is an associate at Grobaty & Pitet, where her practice includes all aspects of general litigation in a wide variety of areas, including contract disputes, partnership disputes, business torts, unlawful business practices, employment claims, and appellate matters. As a general litigator, Ms. Wolf prides herself on the ability to both aggressively litigate cases and negotiate favorable settlements when it is in the best interests of the client.
Prior to joining Grobaty & Pitet, Ms. Wolf practiced at a large California law firm representing companies involved in employment and business disputes. In addition, Ms. Wolf previously served as a Deputy District Attorney for the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, Ms. Wolf presented misdemeanor and felony matters to jury trial with a high success rate.
In 2000, Ms. Wolf received her B.A. with Distinction from Cornell University. In 2003, Ms. Wolf received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, magna cum laude. While at law school, Ms. Wolf was the Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Women’s Law Journal and also was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Joseph C. Spero of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
